The majority of our stores are now open! We can’t wait for you to see our latest collection.
The health and safety of our crew and our customers remains our priority and we have implemented a few measures in all our stores to keep our communities safe.
Please follow the in-store signage and keep 6 feet apart.
Hand sanitizer will be provided on entrance to the store as well as at additional locations throughout the store and at the till point. Please clean your hands with the sanitizer provided.
Please ensure you are always wearing a face covering.
Protective screens have been implemented at all till points and we encourage customers to make contactless and card payments.
For the safety of our crew and our customers, all fitting rooms will be closed for the time being.

What are you doing to prevent the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19)?
As a business, we have continued to monitor the situation, keeping the health and wellbeing of our customers, our team and our partners our top priority. We have now re-opened the majority of our stores and implemented new measures when visiting to keep our communities safe.
Our online store is open as usual and we have implemented several additional precautions to ensure our warehouses and offices are regularly cleaned and disinfected, as well as increased hand washing by our teams. Our office-based teams are working from home where possible.

Are online orders and deliveries affected?

I need to return an item, what should I do?
We now offer FREE returns! Please click here to find full details of how to return your item and our refund policy.
We want you, your family and your friends to love the gifts they receive this holiday season. Therefore we are happy to extend our 30 day returns policy over the festive period. Any purchases made between 9th October 2020 and 18th December 2020 can be returned until 17th January 2021 as long as accompanied by the original receipt. For purchases made on or after 18th December 2020 the standard 30 day policy applies.
How long will my refund take to process?
Due to the current situation, returns through our couriers are taking a little longer at the moment, but we are doing everything we can to deliver the best possible service to you. We are processing returns within 21 days, but if your refund has not been received, then please email us email@example.com.
