A MESSAGE FROM ALL OF US AT FATFACE

As the current Coronavirus situation continues to unfold, it is affecting each of us in different ways and is likely to continue to do so over the coming weeks and months. Our thoughts go out to anyone who has been personally impacted, and we hope that you and your families are safe and well.

As a business, we have continued to monitor the situation, keeping the health and wellbeing of our customers, our team and our partners our top priority. For this reason, we have taken the difficult but necessary decision to close all our stores for a little while. The days, weeks and months ahead will be testing and ever-changing for us all and we are fully committed to supporting our team through this difficult time.

We are available for you to shop from home at us.fatface.com and will continue to deliver the best possible service. Please be aware that orders may take slightly longer than usual to get to you. For peace of mind, and to make things easier for you we are also extending our returns policy. For orders placed from 1st March 2020, we have extended our returns policy to six months.
