Returns Policy
For peace of mind, and to make things easier for you we are also extending our returns policy. For orders placed from 1st March 2020, we have extended our returns policy to six months.
We really hope you like your purchase, but if you need to send anything back, just email uscustomerservices@fatface.com with your order number beginning USF and we’ll send you a pre-paid returns label. We are happy for you to return items to us within 30 days from receipt for full price items and 15 days for items bought during the sale.
