Two friends. One campervan. Endless spirit of adventure. It all started in 1988 with two Brits Tim and Jules selling tees and sweatshirts from a camper van in the French Alps… fast forward 30 years and we have landed in the US!

We are all about exploring beautiful places, and fell in love with New England, which is where we opened our first shop in Portland, ME. From lush mountains and beautiful coastlines to brick sidewalks in old historic towns, our stores are, without a doubt, in breath-taking and exciting locations - from Burlington VT, Cape Cod and Martha’s Vineyard to Alexandria VA and Annapolis MD to name a few.

We currently have over 200 stores in the UK and Ireland, and have expanded beyond New England in the US too - with more than 20 stores across 8 states, and new stores opening in Canada in 2023!

In May 2023 we were added to The Sunday Times’ Best Places to Work list! We consider this an honor and are super proud of our efforts in creating a great place to work for everyone.
